All-Rack cold aisle containment solutions are modular and easily expandable or retrofitted onto server racks.
Its aim is to separate the warm air from your servers from the valuable cold air generated by your cooling system.
The cold aisle containment solution functions as an extension of your floor space. Waste heat is directed into the space and from there to your cooling units. As a result, 95% of the cooling capacity of the cooling units can be directed straight to your servers.
The cold aisle containment solution restricts the temperature difference between the top and bottom racks to only 2-3 degrees, optimising server reliability at all rack positions.
The cold aisle containment solution separates the cold air flowing from your air conditioning system from the warm air coming from the servers. This results in a significant increase in efficiency. More than 95% of the cooling power is directly utilized where you need it most.
The outcome is lower, more consistent temperatures for your servers. Typically, there is less than a few degrees of difference between the top and bottom racks, and significant, usage-based temperature fluctuations are virtually eliminated. This means lower operational costs and increased server uptime for you.
