At the request of a major international customer, All-Rack designed and tested the self-supporting expandable aisle containment. This solution is now produced and implemented on a large scale.
We are very proud, together with the relevant department of our client, to have won the EMEA Innovate 2020 Award.
The self supporting expandable aisle containment is a suspended cold street construction
which can be hung from any ceiling or ceiling grid. It uses a fixed door construction with suspended translucent roof panels. Racks of any size can be installed airtight under these roof panels. When adding a rack or racks, the flexible rear panel is moved. The entire construction can be equipped with overhead infrastructure and sensors. This way, new racks can be added and put into operation in “No-Time.” The implementation time is the
greatest advantage alongside the energy savings achieved by the airtight separation of warm and cold areas. Naturally, without affecting the rest of the space by the changes.
